My years of working with clients in various executive positions has made me highly attuned to the unique pressures professionals face in today’s fast-paced world. In these stressful conditions, it can be especially helpful to take the time to explore your inner world and gain insights to build towards a more holistic and fulfilling life.

By using a variety of skills and techniques collected over the years, I’ll help you thoughtfully reflect on your past while holding space for your present experience. Dr. Harris’s practice is currently only offered via Telehealth.
Sessions are held on the secure platform called Zoom.
Dr. Harris does not accept insurance and is cash pay only.
All payments are through the on file credit card at time of intake and billed after session.
Treatment length depends on your treatment goals. Generally, clients start to feel alleviation of symptoms by 4-6 sessions. However, many clients wish to focus on more long-term understanding and building insight, which can take longer.
