I would be unable to pen the right words to satisfy the reservations you may have about seeking therapy when you need it. Only you can do that. There are no magic words that make problems go away, and there certainly aren’t numinous websites or YouTube videos that will do the work for you. I believe therapy is about listening. More than that, it is about precise listening. Being accurately heard is a rarity because we limit what others are allowed to hear from us. Reasonably, we do that to protect ourselves from scrutiny and experiencing shame or resentment, masking our unknowns. It takes making a conscious decision to work through.

Dr. Harris’s practice is currently only offered via Telehealth.
Sessions are held on the secure platform called Zoom.
Dr. Harris does not accept insurance and is cash pay only.
All payments are through the on file credit card at time of intake and billed after session.
Treatment length depends on your treatment goals. Generally, clients start to feel alleviation of symptoms by 4-6 sessions. However, many clients wish to focus on more long-term understanding and building insight, which can take longer.
