Anxety

There are different types of anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, and specific phobias.

Depression

Major depression is when someone feels very sad or loses interest in things they used to enjoy for a long time. Symptoms can include changes in appetite or weight, trouble sleeping, feeling tired all the time, feelings of worthlessness and difficulty concentrating.
